The Treasure Coast of Florida is one of the most exciting places to live in the sunshine state. Alive at 55+ is a newly-formed social organization for those living on the Treasure Coast of Florida and looking to be involved in various events and activities. The intent of the group is to have organized activities for married and single individuals who are 55 and above. We are not a club of old people who want to just sit around and play bridge, but a group of energetic individuals who want to experience activities and events with other 55+ peer members. Now I doubt if we are going to go mountain climbing, but we will have activities to get you away from that TV set. Let me get this straight, we are not a singles or dating service, but a group of all types of people (retired, semi-retired or not-even-retired) who want more of a social life (and even give back to the surrounding community) This is your group, we will have planning meetings and decide what activities and events we can attend. As a group, we will be able to have discounts to various events.

Some of the events will include: • Museum Visits • Bicycling • Bungee Jumping (No… just kidding) • Sponsor visits to nursing homes • Volunteer at various events • Attend Music events • Attend Theater and productions • Nature Walks • Wine and Food Tastings • Group trips and vacations (discounted) • Cooking Parties And so much more…… (Tell us what interests you….) So maybe visiting a museum isn’t for you, well we will have plenty of activities/events that will surely interest you. Think about it! What a great way to meet people and socialize. The cost, well that is the best part. We are only charging $10.00 per year membership fee, and many of the events will be free or at a reduced rate. Pretty good deal huh? I’ve established groups similar to this before and was able to get great retail discounts as well as reduced rates to various events.
