All Pro Toastmasters is an advanced club dedicated to helping its members become paid speakers or trainers. 

Here is how we're different from other clubs:

This club is meant to serve people who either already are professional speakers OR people who have an immediate desire to become *paid* speakers. i.e. trainers, seminar leaders or keynote presenters.

The idea is that the people who join this club have a *burning desire* to really take your speaking experience to the next level. You want to speak and you want to get paid.

You are open to feedback and evaluation unlike what you've experience in the past. At All Pro, you receive feedback that can be used to make your presentation worthy of getting paid to give. We’re blunt, but not cruel!

To make this happen the club has established these guidelines:

• Speeches - You give presentations that you expect to get *paid* to give.

• Evaluation – The speakers provide their own evaluation sheets and ALL members provide written feedback based upon the criteria the speaker is looking for and NOT only the manual.

We also do round robin evaluations. You receive verbal feedback from everyone.  As the speaker, you guide the process to gain clarity of the feedback. NOTE: At this level we tell the speaker exactly what they need to do to make the presentation worthy of getting paid.

• Education sessions – comprised of bringing in professional speakers to share their experience and stories of how they started getting paid to speak.
