What we’re about
Welcome to All Things Baroque and Before. We celebrate Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque culture in all its forms - music, art, architecture, history, theatre, dance as well as food and wine. We have members who are specialists in these fields. We started with the Baroque and now extend back in time to enjoy the richness of earlier periods. <br>
Members are welcome to suggest and arrange Meetups, including those in which they perform (semi-pro or professional), as long as they are happy to be Event Hosts.
Please note there is no Meetup fee for this group at present. Since Meetup has started to charge a substantial amount to run a group, a small fee per person per event may be established in future, probably simply payable to the organiser in cash on the day, to cover Meetup subscription costs and organiser expenses. <br>
