Welcome to All Things Baroque, where wecelebrate Baroque culture in all its forms, including music, art, architecture, theatre and dance. London was home to men with big hair such as Wren, Westminster boy Purcell and Händel, who, just like the royal family, became British.

We are pretty spoilt for choice as far as Baroque music and art is concerned, although the flamboyant architectural style never took off here in the way it did in continental Europe. Baroque opera and dance are still performed but not on a regular basis as c19 pieces. We have fellow members who are professionals and specialists in all of these fields so we can learn and have fun at the same time.

All members are welcome to suggest Meetups, providing they are prepared to host them.

Looking forward to seeing you at a Meetup soon.
