Kaitlyn Thomasey, an Ananda certified meditation instructor, will lead you in Hong Sau Meditation. Hong Sau is a scientifically proven technique of meditation consisting of a series of highly effective breathing techniques, mantras, guided visualizations and relaxation exercises that will assist you in developing a meditative practice.
Class will begin with light stretching, Meditation will last for 30 minutes, and we will end with an opportunity for meditation related discussion or questions.
All levels of experience are welcome!
