Walking in the Lazy River at the Allen Natatorium.
Some of us have walked in the Lazy River in the past and it is a nice, gentle work-out.
No joint stress and yet, if you walk for an hour, it is a pretty good work-out.
It is much easier than you think to walk for an hour in water.
An hour is what we have walked in the past, you can choose for yourself how
long you want to walk.
You do not need to be an Allen resident to use the Natatorium. $3.00 Fee age 50+.
$5.00 FEE age -50.
for the Natatorium entrance.
They have changing rooms and wall dryers.
FYI... bring swim shoes / water shoes / old tennis shoes for comfort. The water is warm and inside the building is fairly warm.
No weather issues to contend with when you walk inside! I will be walking on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-10am.
Please come any or all days and walk along!

Come meet us at 3rd Monday Trade Days in McKinney at 10am on Friday Sept 18th.
We will meet in the 1st parking lot on the right if you are coming from Central/75.
We will walk, talk, and shop - then we will leave trade days about noon to have lunch at Jason's Deli at Central/75 and 380.
They do not charge for Trade Days entrance - but, they do charge $3.00 for each car for parking.

Be sure and RSVP, because they want to fill all 16 chairs, and we always have plenty of people who want to attend. There are no "Maybes" for this RSVP, because we play with 12 or 16, and we need to know if we have enough for a full game. If you RSVP Yes and then cannot make it, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice, but let us know even if it is last minute. We often have others who want to step in and take your spot. If you've never played, Bunco is easy and fun! It's really an excuse to get together and socialize and snack and compete for prizes or cash. We are having so much fun! Come and join the fun in April with the McKinney Ladies Who Lunch Bunco Group. Bring $10 for the pot; win cash and prizes. Cathy will be our hostess this month, and after you RSVP we will send you out contact information and directions.
