Film screening of "Just Like We Used To Do" at Civic Theatre

Just Like We Used To Do at Civic Theatre

In lieu of our regular meeting at Hive4A on Tuesday May 27th, we'll be supporting one of our recent additions to the group, Suzanne Doran.

Suzanne is a talented and industrious filmmaker who has brought energy and insight to recent group meetings at Hive4A.  We'd like to support her by attending her film.

It's also a benefit event for the Alzheimer's Foundation.

Just Like We Used To Do is a simple and honest truth about the frustrations of family, love, loss, and growing older. Isadora is a young woman left to be the sole caretaker of her elderly mother, Sophie, who is suffering from advancing dementia.

This film is inspired by real people and events. It is dedicated to anyone who needs laughter in life’s darkest moments.

We'll meet at the Theatre at 7:00.  A couple of members will wait outside while others go in and get good seats.  Please let anyone else you know in on this important film event.  It's also a good time to meet some of our members if you've been thinking about joining us.

See you then!

Looks like I don't have good luck with movie related meetup events :( This is second one I've to miss. Enjoy!

I have a rehearsal that evening, but I was a part of this film and I know you will enjoy it a lot! Have fun and enjoy the film (kudos for contributing to the Alzheimer's Association!) xo Kathy
