Back to fitness series hikes. #2

Yay!  Doctor has cleared me to start exercising again and my first hike went well.  So on to more.    But being that I'm in such bad shape now.   I will be starting off cautiously and slowly.   I will be scheduling different area hikes based on how my fitness level improves and what I feel I can do.   So keep tabs of the details of each hike as they come up.   I am expecting this to be about a six week series to start with.    I will be exercising outside of these hikes as well.   So with any luck the level of hikes will improve.

Hike details.

Ok for second hike.   Let's take esperero trail and make it a loop back to the road by using rattlesnake trail.   Distance should be about 4 miles.   This will be on the low lying trails around sabino canyon just off the roads.   

Level   This will be an easy hike.   Anyone interested in getting back into shape or that just might want to go for a nice walk can come.    

Please bring  hat, sunscreen, water and snacks if you desire.   

Keep in mind it is possible they I may have to turn around early so please be comfortable to be on your own if you aren't ready to turn back if I need to.
