This will be a progressive relaxation meditation where we will relax one body part at a time, while practicing diaphragmatic breathing for a total full body relaxation. Most people reach a level of relaxation never before experienced, promoting deep healing, renewal and rejuvenation.
Even if you think you've been relaxed before... it hasn't been like this!
Once this deep level of relaxation is reached a hypnotic trigger will be provided so you can revisit this state at will, getting there faster and easier than ever before. With practice you can reach this state in the future in less than 5 minutes, and in many cases in less than 60 seconds.
This event is currently scheduled at my house but if it proves popular I may have to move it to a place where everyone can get horizontal.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket to lie on a tile floor.
