• Alan Peterson- Realty Matrix, Money Matrix, and Management Matrix- Alan is a 30 year veteran in both commercial property and residential real estate.  He has run a mortgage company and owns a property management company as well.  He is known for being one of the top analysts in the Twin Cities and has a very keen pulse on the real estate market.
• Steve Ledin- Law Offices of Blaney and Ledin-  Steve is an entrepreneur first and has helped countless investors and business owners with their legal matters before they purchase and to help prevent things from going bad.  He is considered one of the top real estate and business attorneys in the Twin Cities.
• Todd Grill- Entrust Midwest- Tod has been helping investors learn how to use their 401K and IRA to invest in real estate and other alternative investments.  He is not an investment adviser but handles the 3rd party administration of this process. He is an expert in the industry and speaks to numerous real estate groups around the country. 
• Pam Ricker, CPA- Ricker and Associates- Pam is a 30 year veteran of public accounting and has worked with many investors over the years.  She is a great teacher and helps her clients know what is coming around the corner and makes sure there are no surprises.  She has studied and researched the tax codes regarding real estate and investments and can help you solve complex financial problems with creative solutions.
