Choose your own Documentary

I'm taking this straight from the website:

A forgotten diary falls out of a book you bought on eBay - what do you do? Based on the 'Choose Your Own Adventure' phenomenon of the 1980s, Nathan Penlington's Choose Your Own Documentary is part stand-up, part film documentary, and part spoken word.

What happens next depends on the choices you make throughout the show. Where will the story lead? How will it end? You decide.

Sounds intriguing!

Tickets can be bought here:

It looks like I have been a total tit and not even booked myself a ticket as I can't even find a record of it on my bank statement. I really cannot believe myself. I shall still come along to make sure people find each other, and maybe there will be a return I can have on the door.

And a little more background info on the show to whet your appetite... http://www.scoutlondon.com/2012/11/05/a-documentary-where-you-choose-the-ending/ :-) See everyone at 7, in the central bar

Sounds great. Looking forward to it. That is, if I actually booked myself a ticket as I can't seem to find any reference to one in my emails...

Oh no!! Eek hope you find it. It's from http://ticketing.sout... so it might be from 'Ticketing' rather than 'Southbank Centre'? See you at 7

I was so obsessed with these when I was young that I actually wrote my own one! Still got it somewhere...

Hi all, I'm wearing black trousers and a maroon and black velvety top. If you want me to let you know when I'm there, send me your number and I'll text/call you. If anyone can't make it then do change your RSVP so I know who I should be concentrating on looking out for.

    Cheers guys!

Have ticket. Is there a pre-meet location for this?

    November 6, 2012

    • Jamina W.

You know there always is Pete! (well almost always). Lizzie and her group are meeting in the Royal Festival Hall bar from 7, so I suggest we do that as well.

Hi everyone, all shows are now sold out. But it might be possible to buy returns, so if you're keen to come along contact Southbank Centre box office for further information:[masked]

Actually, we're kinda doing this one together! Lizzie's the one who told me about it, so you don't have to be torn at all! Just come along and hopefully we'll be one big happy family.

Hah! Oh dear. Now I am spoilt for choice - had already heard about this via Culture in Your Thirties (one of the members there has been helping to promote this), so pretty much already told her I'd try to make it -- but I'd also love to see you guys again! *torn*
