Being able to manage your moods is perhaps the greatest gift that you can give yourself. How do you manage how you feel? Do you shout at your computer, argue with your partner, take the day off, or go out for a drink.

What is the difference between success and failure? How you handle setbacks! If you are overwhelmed by anxiety, too relaxed to move in on opportunity and too impulsive to consider your decisions. How often does stress and anxiety stop you enjoying life or stop you solving the problems that are dragging you down? Do you need to know more about how your mind works so that you can make better use of the opportunities that come your way?

In this workshop Dr Liz Miller introduces the simple yet unique tool of MoodMapping that helps you understand yourself better as well as better understand those around you. By measuring how you feel each day, you see what makes you tick.

Whatever mood you are in, your mood affects the way you think feel and behave. MoodMapping helps you understand why you feel the way you do and how to fix it! Dr Liz Miller shows you how you can use the five keys to mood; Surroundings, Physical health, Relationships, What you know, Being You to develop strategies to improve your mood, so you can live a more fulfilling and effective life.

This workshop starts with the basic psychology of mood. By understanding how you feel, and how other people feel within a simple easy to understand framework, MoodMapping gives you tools to manage yourself, the people in your life. This enables you to achieve more in life making better use of your potential. MoodMapping is a new and revolutionary approach to emotional intelligence.
