Bryan - Okay go to Tools, edit Attendance. You type in their names and place them as going, there is no way to transfer them....but this worked. I got everyone on there

Bryan, How do I get the people fro the waiting list on Longhorn onto an actual meetup date and time now...I have it drafted but cannot find anywhere it explains how to move them over. Tracy

Bryan, have you considered creating monthly folders such as "July Photos", "August photos", etc. so that members can post general photos that they are taking in a non-meetup. Other meetup clubs do this. For instance I am in Colorado and just returned from Monument Valley so I can't go on meetups in Austin, obviously. That does not mean I am not taking lots of photos.

Okay, details....Len that runs Ft Tumbleweed will work with us anyday...10:30-
6:30-ish pm $ 200.00 photograph all building on outside. Possible tour interiors, but no interior shots. If we would want props, he could work that out as well. So let me know and we can set one up. No limit on amount of people (well 50 would be too many I am sure) -
