'Bluebell' walk, Shining Cliff and Alderwasley again

A couple of mile walk through Shining Cliff woods and Alderwasley estate to (hopefully!) look at the bluebells.

The walk takes around an hour and half and has a couple of hilly bits but nothing too strenuous.

Feel free to bring a camera, a dog, a child, a picnic or anything else that you feel is relevant!

Meet at the parking/layby just over the bridge on Holly Lane in Ambergate. Holly Lane is between the petrol station and the Hurt Arms on the A6.

I may reschedule this dependent on bluebell appearance!

The walk will be happening, I went up there today and the bluebells are starting to come out so it should be fine. It is a little damp so waterproofs shoes are needed!

The walk is 4.25 miles long, and has a steady uphill section, but not overly steep.
There are likely to be muddy sections and some bits can be very wet if it has rained recently, so appropriate footwear is recommended.

Good idea. Maybe bring some shoes to change in to as we don't want to ruin their new carpet!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
