Free Fitness Class with "Lift Our Butts & Spirits" Fit Club :D CO-ED

We will choose from workouts such as TurboFire, Turbo Jam, Chalene Extreme, Rockin Body, Hip Hop Abs, Brazil Butt Lift and more!

There will be Shakeology afterward to replenish your body and prevent soreness. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!!! I want to help YOU reach YOUR goals! Let's do this together!

Bring any others you think would be interested. There is a kids playroom for your little ones. I'd love to get a solid group that can meet every week until all the butts and spirits are lifted! ♥

Workouts are FREE to anyone who has an account with me via Beachbody.Go to the site http://www.beachbodycoach.com/ambersfitness > Click "join" > Select "sign me up for a free account and you're done! Should take less than 2 minutes :)

If you don't want to make an account then please donate anything you can to cover my rental fees, $3-4ish from everyone would cover it , but whatever you can do is totally fine :)

  I like P90X. Did what I could of Kenpo this AM! Pretty cool. I don't mind any workout as long as I'm moving and motivated!

Hi, In the notes section it says "Beach Body Coaches $5" just wondering what exactly that means. I signed up for a free acount on your coaching site. So I believe the class is free for me. I'm also bringing two friends. So I'm expecting to make a donation for them. Just want to know how much $ to bring. Thanks!!

  Great question! I am a coach, and there are some other coaches who bring guests to try the workouts or shakeology and they help me pay the $15 fee for the room. You can bring anything, a dollar or two, for your guests, whatever you'd like!!! I am excited to meet all three of you <3
