I want to drop some weight and be healthy.
I've been really inconsistent with my weight loss attempts. I'll do really well for several months and then fall back into bad habits. When I am trying, I'll exercise once or twice a day and be diligent about what I eat, tracking everything, etc. Overall, I enjoy working out with others the best. My successes have always come when I've had an accountability partner to help push me.
