Hi, I'm Lauren! I am interested in working out and changing the way I eat. So, lately I've been keeping a food log! I love having people to stay motivated with as well!
To be a size 8, to be able to run at least 3 miles, to keep on track with a workout and make it a lifestyle routine. I am currently a size 14.
I am currently reading a book called, 'French Women Don't get Fat,' but I just started it, so I don't know how it will work yet. I tried South Beach for a few days, then completely crashed and burned and ate a LOT of sugar. I have a little one so I've also tried doing lunges while holding him or going on stroller walks. One thing that worked for me was a personal trainer. At that time in my life (about 1 1/2 years ago) I was in tip top shape.
