Hi There, I'm Cristina and am looking for a fun group to workout with and sweat!
Would love both cardio and core workouts, but am open to anything. Would lile to build strength and endurance.
I have lost 23 lbs in the last year. Basically, I started working out at home, sometimes gym, and have watched not only my caloric intake but sugar consumption as well. Would like to work now on building muscle, strength, endurance, and core. It's always easier when working out with others!
