Hi my name is LaShonte Alexander , I also go by Shonte for short.Well, I'm in my 20's, very sociable, and very outgoing with a hint of shyness.I started a work out months ago and my motivation ended so I'm trying to develop and build that drive.
What are your fitness goals?
To get down to my old size before becoming a mother.
What diets/ fitness activites have you tried in the past that has either worked or failed?
I am or was doing the insanity work out but stopped, it worked , I just didn't finish.
