I grew up in a wine growing region in Australia (the hunter valley) known mostly for its Semillon, but with great Chardonnay's and Verdelho's. but my favorite wines are full bodied shiraz's from the Clare valley. I'm keen to learn more about the European wines
I like to experiment in the kitchen, and of late I have been experimenting with cooking for larger groups of friends. I try to keep most of my dishes Paleo
of course you can never know enough about food and wine.
yes, I have a pretty small place, but my last dinner we had 10 people which i'd say would be maximum
