What is your experience with wine and/or grape derivates as Port, Jerez, Brandies?

I grew up in a wine growing region in Australia (the hunter valley) known mostly for its Semillon, but with great Chardonnay's and Verdelho's. but my favorite wines are full bodied shiraz's from the Clare valley. I'm keen to learn more about the European wines

Can you cook and if so, what say your friends about your cooking skills?

I like to experiment in the kitchen, and of late I have been experimenting with cooking for larger groups of friends. I try to keep most of my dishes Paleo

Would you like to learn more about cooking, dining and wining?

of course you can never know enough about food and wine.

Are willing to offer your place for one of our meetups? How many people can be in your dining room / dining space?

yes, I have a pretty small place, but my last dinner we had 10 people which i'd say would be maximum

Hi I'm Chase, I'm a traveler and I love cooking and sharing food.
