Why did you join the AHA Meet Up?

my dad had a heart attack quite recently... this seems like a group that would be helpful as a resource for information and activity regarding cardiovascular and general health. i've been in meet-up for some time now primarily because of photography that now shifted to hiking predominantly, and so far have enjoyed meeting people who share the same interest. i'm hoping to find activities that would suit my dad and help in his recovery
