Hi Jay, Thanks for the note. I just moved with my husband to West Kirby, Wirral a couple weeks ago. I'm American and my husband is English and grew up in the area. Hopefully will be able to attend a meeting sometime soon!

Hi Jay, I haven't been on here much but saw your question today. To answer there is one American lady who has a British husband that live in Morton not that far away who are friends to me and my wife. I have not given up on attending one of the meetings at some point.

Jay, don't worry about it... I'll change the date. I don't think that after bowling, dodging whiplash and food in a basket we'd have the energy nor hunger for a Lebanese feast!! :-) I didn't think about it coinciding with either passover or easter or a bank holiday weekend!! Silly me. this is what happens when you're self-employed. Bank holidays are just another day! We'll all get a happy date eventually.. there's no hurry for this one. :-)

LOL Oh shit, I hadn't even seen your comments! Hahaha no, the beer comment was fine & funny; I forgot about a previous engagement we had planned. Oh & for the record, it's diaper AND nappy!
