150th Reenactment of the Battle of Westport in Swope Park

This is a three day event. We will meet on Saturday. It will most likely be in front of the Museum there in Swope Park, it usually is. They don't have a schedule posted yet so I don't know times, but will update this as the information becomes available.

Took the Byram Ford bus tour Friday, which was excellent. Took the Forest Hills tour and talk in the afternoon. Forest Hill was extremely informative and interesting. Planning on taking the 3 hour walk Sunday morning with the same presenter as the Forest Hill tour. Check out the website I gave earlier for location information and other activities at Swope Park.

I missed the bus tour but spent some time at the museum and went to the skirmish reenactment at 5:00. It was good.

Hi everyone. I wondered about that alleged 7pm start time!! 10am makes a lot more sense. :-) Unfortunately, I have a previous commitment at 10am, so I'll most likely be hoping to catch up with you around 1pm, if you're still there. Otherwise, see you next time!
