Introduction
Hello! I am from Arizona, working/living in Guildford at the University of Surrey (I'm a scientist), and want to meet some new people, especially since I get a bit homesick at times, meeting other expats would be lovely.
How did you hear about American Social in London
This was linked on the UK-Yankee forum boards.
Where you from originally?
Arizona, until I went to Texas for grad school, then off to Australia for a postdoc, then here for a second postdoc.
What made you move to the UK?
Loved the overseas experience so much in Oz that I wanted to find a job in the UK/Europe to explore this part of the world. Found an excellent job in Surrey.
When did you arrive?
September of last year.
