    His Holiness Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj teaches two forms of meditation: Jyoti and Shabd meditation. Jyoti meditation is a technique that focuses on the Inner Light. The second practice, Shabd meditation, is a higher-level technique taught at the time of initiation, which focuses on the Inner Light and Sound. References to the divine Light and Sound of God are found in every religion. This power has also been called Naam, Shabd, the Holy Word, Sonorous Light, Voice of Silence, and other terms in various religions and languages.
