The art of meditation, which has been practiced for thousands of years many countries, can allow one to cultivate tranquility and inner peace, and to better cope with life’s challenges. You do not have to be a Buddhist to enjoy the benefits of meditation—all are welcome.
This talk will be given by Gen Kelsang Tenzin, a Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher of Amitayus Kadampa Buddhist Center.
