Join us on Sunday afternoons for two meditation classes! A meditation class for parents will take place in the main meditation room while a children’s class is taught simultaneously in the back of the center.
An Introduction to Meditation for Children
This class will address issues such as anger, forgiveness, love, and kindness from a Buddhist perspective. For ages 4 and up.
Take a mid-day break with a relaxing guided meditation. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, clear and positive for the afternoon ahead.
No meditation experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.
