Buddhist Psychology: A Meditation Day Course

Have you ever wondered why people think the way they do?  Have you ever wanted to change the way you think?  Free your mind.  Stop self-critical thoughts, stop limiting views, and remove fear from your life.  Identify unhealthy thoughts when they arise and learn to replace them with liberating and compassionate thoughts that lead to harmony and peace.  This course will be taught by Resident Teacher Gen Tenzin.

No meditation experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.

Course Schedule:

Registration: 10:30-11:00am

Teaching & Meditation: 11:00am-12:30pm

Lunch Break: 12:30-2:00pm

Teaching & Meditation: 2:00-4:00pm

$30 for non-members; $15 for members
