Learn to remain happy when change feels like a dark storm cloud blotting out the light in your life, when a great relationship turns ugly, or when you find yet another gray hair. Imagine feeling completely relaxed and happy in all of those situations and being able to accept whatever happens in life with patience and calm. By meditating on impermanence we can learn to keep a balanced and peaceful heart, even though things don’t last.
No meditation experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
