I first heard about the center when I did an online search for meditation classes in Philadelphia. That was in the Spring of 2010 and I've been attending classes regularly ever since.
What I love about Buddhism is that it gives very clear teachings on how to train the mind in order to be more happy and peaceful, even when we are faced with problems and challenges. With that training, we have the opportunity to help others become happy and peaceful as well.
