I wanted to let you know about a very special class series and retreat that will be offered at the center. Thursdays, September 27th – November 8th
7:00-8:30pm, $10 per class. With Resident Teacher Gen Tenzin.
Saturday, October 13th
10:00-11:00am and 12:00-1:00pm, $10 per session. With Meditation Teacher Salena Alberti.
No pre-registration required. Drop into any class or any session.
Through training in mindfulness we can learn to abide in meditation
without distraction. In this special series and retreat we will learn a
step-by-step, time-honored system for learning to abide in a state of
deep tranquility. With this tranquil mind we can easily achieve a deep
spiritual experience and find the happiness we are looking for.
