Hi All,

I'm going to try to move some of the discussion that's previously been done by email into this forum, so that people who are involved or interested in participating in AI, and who weren't on the original email thread can chime in.

Here's the bulk of Joy's latest email in this regard:

"Okay, everyone, we’re going to go for April 28th and have a birthday cake there for Fred. His birthday is on April 30th, but that’s a Monday. Won’t be as many folk at the Mall on a Monday.

"I’ll get the application form into the Centre today. Hazel, please let me know how I go about getting the Insurance paid. I’ll come up to your home and leave you two cheques to co-sign. for the insurance and for the rental of the space. Sorry you won’t be with us on that day.

"Nancy and Kate, could you think about two focus groups and include the child labour and child soldier campaigns.

"Brenda, when we know our focus groups, would you provide the literature? There will be no Wi-Fi service available to try our online petitions again.

"We can provide raffle prizes, and have donations for the chocolate lollipops, so we can talk about whether we want to put these things together – for sure the lollipops.

"Please respond by asap about your availability for the 28th and what you can do to help. Fresh ideas are welcome."

Hi All,

I've kind of lost track of where we are on this event, except that it's coming up this month!

Would someone who still has their eye on the ball, please set this up as an Event in the meetup?

Daniel, Hazel, Maggie, Myrta, and Nancy currently are set up as Event Organizers, and therefore can do this.
