Hi Beverley, thanks so much for your message. I've had experience of many different types of yoga, but always come back to any practice which falls under 'vinyasa flow' (although the teachings of the same thing can vary hugely - but this is also great!). I'll be in touch when I arrive!

Beverley, I would love to sit down with you when you have time. The next couple days are packed, but I am free this weekend if you'd like to sit for tea or have drinks. Also, on 18 Oct, I head back to the states to see family and do a meditation retreat until 29 Nov. It would be great if we could connect before then. Otherwise, I will definitely be in touch as soon as I get back.
