They used to serve only bread and wine in this building, and the portions were kind of stingy, so the good people of Amsterdam stopped coming. Many years later, Bazar Amsterdam opened its doors, and the people returned. No wonder: Bazar's food is as cheap as their website.....but it's heaven!
