Introduction
Hi, my name is Carina Mulcahy. I'm a 29 year old Australian girl. I've been living and working in the UK for the last two years but have now just moved to the Netherlands to look for work. I've been here 3 days! Keen to meet people and make friends.
Which is your favourite restaurant in Amsterdam?
I've just moved to Amsterdam three days ago so can't really contribute here :)
What's your favourite food?
I have really wide ranging tastes so like all cuisines really. I guess as a favourite it would generally be asian (Thai or Vietnamese) but it's also hard to beat an antipasto platter of breads, dips, olives, sun dried tomates and plenty of cheese! I really love cheese :) Definite weak spot for deserts too, but hey, I am a girl after all.
Can you cook?
Yes I really like cooking. I don't think I'm naturally very good though because I prefer to follow recipes as I'm not good as just making it up as I go and rough judging ingredients. Definitely love having people over for dinner though.

Nice to meet you yesterday... still not heard back any arrangements from my friend re tomorrow but I think we are probably going to grab cheap lunch eg Maoz then find a spot by the canal to view the parade. It starts around 2pm
