Grab (y)our shoes and run!

Hi all!

 

For now, we've decided to combine the 9 and 10 am group: it's the Winter Season! So, for the coming months, we'll run at 9.30 am!

PACE
Our pace will be about 10k/hour. If you're worried you can't keep up: just come around and give it a go. Dynamics are different in a group, and usually we find a way to keep the group together without having to adjust too much. No worries!


DISTANCE

As we're running in the Vondelpark, you can do what feels right! The shortest lap: 3.3km. Our first lap will quite often be Vondelpark-Rembrandtpark-Vondelpark = 10k max. Then we'll do one or two more 'shortest laps' within the Vondelpark. --> Too much? Wait for us at Vertigo, order yourself a tea or coffee... We'll join you when we're done :-)

 

Please bring a fiver if you'd like to stay for a drink after - those are not included.
