It's time for The Tuesday Run! -- Update below!--
sually we run one lap at a steady pace of about 10k an hour - one lap is 3,3 kms. Sometimes this lap is followed by an extension of 800 meters.
The second lap, we often do interval: e.g. 5 times of 5 minutes divided as follows: 2 mins jog, 1 min run, 1 min jog, 1 min walk. Why: it improves your fitness level, it lowers risk of injuries and... it makes you faster!
Depending on the mood, there might be a 3rd lap... Obviously, you can start with half a lap - or run a 4th one. Whatever makes you happy.
UPDATE: As I've decided to join a writer's group for 10 weeks, I won't be able to host (or join) the Tuesday runs. I'm happy to announce Sandra is willing to host the Tuesdays as of now! :-D

PS Parking near the park: costs a fortune. You can park your bike / scooter next to Vertigo though.
