This a regular social running group that meets in Vondelpark on average twice a week and in other locations around Amsterdam as the mood fits.

We welcome beginners and experienced runners, the only criteria is that you be comfortable jogging a few kilometers. We don't emphasis speed, instead it's a social way to keep fit and to meet new people.

It's not just about the running! :)
