Hi Mischa, if you are good in the pool but not used to ocean swims I recommend the 1km first as this type of swimming is so different and harder. I've been swimming 1 mile 2 x per week for over a year but can't do the same in the ocean! Hope you can join :)

Hi Mischa, yes im recovered well, no more issues at the moment, (touch wood). Have a good time at the cruise on Sat.
