Amsterdam.rb Reboot

After being dormant for a while the Amsterdam Ruby User Group is back! On June 19 we will kick-off with "Amsterdam.rb Reboot" at the 80beans office, which will hopefully be the first of a long line of regular events.

Josh Kalderimis will introduce the current team running Ams.rb, what we have planned for the near future and how you can contribute. Right after we have three lightning talks lined up:

How to contribute to an open source Ruby project
Mike Burns, developer at thoughtbot (Boston, USA).

Other talks to be announced.

Of course there's plenty of time for socializing and 80beans will be providing us with drinks and snacks. We can handle about 80 people, so make sure to sign up!

Great job organizing Dax, Gui, Josh and Roy. Really great to see pretty much everybody attend and have a good time. Thanks, Mark.

It was everything I expected it to be. No seriously, it was interesting, and we had good conversations.

Unfortunately, something happened to trains in Eindhoven and there are no trains to north for at least 1,5 hours. Hope next time I will be able to reach Amsterdam.

@Florian, you'd be in time for socializing and beer when arriving at 8:30pm.

Bugger, something's come up and I need to be home at seven :/ I guess there's no point in getting there an hour late? Better free up my spot then..

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
