Ladies' Running Group - for beginners

Hi ladies,

Every Tuesday & Thursday I host a Women's Running Club for ladies who are just starting out or starting again. Join us for extra motivation, to meet other ladies, have fun, and get in great shape.

On the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, I'm offering a FREE session.  Anyone is welcome to join.

On Tuesday evenings, we jog for about 30 - 40 minutes at an easy pace and finish our run with some stretching or strength exercises.  Run/walkers are welcome.  We will split into 2 groups if needed.

There is a fee to join this running club, but on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, the session is FREE.
