Get fit to run 5K - group training

Join other ladies to have fun while training for your first or next 5K running event! I'm organizing a new group to start 7 September. It's a great chance to (re)start running and get guidance and support from others, plus get in great shape and make new friends. No running experience required.

The group meets Sunday morning and the training lasts 10 weeks. At the end of the 10 weeks, you'll be running 5 km with ease. :-)
