Another social running session that's open to all ladies, plus I'll be adding Fartlek (means "speed play" in Swedish), which is a great workout that's easy for all levels and lots of fun.
We'll start at 7 pm. Arrive a bit early for chatting and introductions.

So, if you're fast, slow, just starting out, getting back into it, a long-time runner; it doesn't matter. Come and join us! We will adjust what we do accordingly. For Fartlek, I'll pick a small section of the park where we can run, but you're also welcome to do you're own thing (lap the whole park, jog/walk, etc.) The important thing is that we're out supporting each other.
I'm also happy to lead a group stretching session afterward. We can also follow that with a drink at a nearby cafe.
For future running sessions, I suggest we try out different parks and neighborhoods and do a bit of exploring while we run--and then stop for a post-run drink or snack. Where do you like to run or where what area would you like to explore? I'd greatly appreciate your ideas!
