Talk: Beware the Positive Feedback

Many startups and larger companies are using the Lean Startup method to determine if people will buy their product before they actually build it. Tara will talk about her recent experience with early product testing and developing a "minimum viable product", and how that affected UX decisions and methods.

Speaker: Tara Ross

Great talk yesterday. I'd like to suggest two related topics:
    - Lean UX as a clear follow up
    - The UX team of one
Both topics have great books about them from Jeff Gothelf and Leah Buley

Good, thanx! We'll look for speakers about it! But meanwhile you can check a course on Coursera about Gamification - it's pretty interesting and well done!

Great talk about how to startup an idea and an initiative and how to evaluate its potential. Though I expected more a talk about UX than entrepreneurship.

Same with expectations. However entrepreneurship is also interesting topic for me.

Agree that talk was not pure UX. But, as the goal of the group is to provide wide view on UX, this talk was ment to show how to work with user feedback in small startup projects. That's a part of UX.

What would you like to see next time, guys?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
