Ongoing Weekly Meditation-No experience needed. 7:30-8:30PM Cost is $7 The first half of the evening is a facilitated seated meditation. The second half is a reclining, relaxed, guided meditation.
Some of the benefits of meditation include reductions in blood pressure, cholesterol, and anxiety. Meditation can increase your concentration, intuition, creativity, and spiritual connection.
