What would your life be like if you had an abundance of energy and vitality?
The purpose of the class is to explore the factors that can both decrease or increase our energy. We will talk about food and other ways we can nourish our selves. This one hour interactive class will help us understand new ways to sustain ourselves and our families.
We’ll explore foods that increase our energy: 1. Foods that are alive have life force. 2. Whole foods such as grains, vegetables and beans. 3. Superfoods that have very high levels of nutrients. Participants will be given the opportunity for a free health history.
This event is facilitated by Velma Weitz DrNP. In addition to being a Doctor of Nursing, Velma is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
