Hi, I'm Kathy. I'm looking forward to meeting all of you. I'm excited to learn about your experiences as well as hearing your thoughts and ideas.

Where are you on your spiritual path?

I have always been a curious and open-minded person. I have been interested in the metaphysical side of things since I was a child. I think my family's experiences with "ghosts" in our house planted the seeds of curiousity in me. I am a yoga teacher (gentle, mindful), a meditator, and a Reiki practitioner.
