Radical urban homesteaders Kelly Coyne and Erik Knutzen (authors of Making It and The Urban Homestead) will assist us in making our own self-irrigating planters. SIPs make growing veggies easy and are perfect for balconies and yards where you can't dig. We will provide all the materials for you to build your planter in this workshop so you will be fully equipped to go home and get growing!
