Each meeting is unique. Meetings usually include spiritually oriented yoga practice and may work with chakras, pranayama (breath/energy work), and visualization exercises.
No experience is needed. We have chairs, meditation benches, and everything you need to sit comfortably.
The purpose of this meetup is to help you discover the joy of meditation, to help you meditate more deeply by introducing timeless techniques and answering any questions you may have. Additionally, it allows one to focus on a spiritual quality throughout the remainder of week.
