You Can Learn How to Meditate!  Our Ananda Meditation Center is Located at 3774 PCH in Torrance CA. Parking and entrance are located in the back!

Come and Experience greater harmony, calmness, and joy, through the ancient teachings and techniques of Yoga brought to the west by Paramhansa Yogananda. Meet people from all walks of life, as well as all religious and non-religious backgrounds who come together for the purpose of exploring their own spirituality in the non-sectarian laboratory of meditation.

No experience is needed. Our purpose during this meeting is to guide you into a deep meditative state, that you may experience the ever-present peace and expansive joy of your own true nature. We'll also explore a unique spiritual topic, and we invite you to focus on this topic throughout the remainder of your week.

Each meeting is unique and has a different topic. Meetings always include at least one guided meditation and a lecture / discussion. We have chairs, meditation benches, and everything you need to sit comfortably. Snacks are usually served at 8:30pm and people often hang around to chat. This is a really great group of friendly people!
