Meditation is a powerful energy extension technique, which can "pry open" the door of ordinary awareness
and allow you to feel an "inner heaven" of peace, vitality, and even joy. Prana- "life force; unlimited energy" plus yama- "control" has always been central in the practice of yoga. More than mere techniques, the resulting state of pranayama can have an enormously transformative impact on our physical, emotional and mental state.

Yoga teaches this is a key to tapping into a limitless reservoir of energy always available within. The master Paramhansa Yogananda called this the same "power that controls all forces of nature." - that opening this energetic "force" is essential in achieving all higher levels of success in any arena of life.

In this meeting we will explore using the scientifically proven techniques of Yogananda and practice ways to "recharge" our energy, which can in turn revitalize our lives in every way from the "inside-out".

We are a non-profit group but donations are always welcome! (suggested donation of 5-10 dollars but nobody turned away for lack of funds)
